Your night.
Your information.

Site analytics
We count page views and clicks on venue details, maps, ride services and organized-crawl ticket links. A random identifier is stored in your tab’s session storage to estimate visits. No analytics cookie is used. The analytics database does not store your name, email, IP address, precise location, uploaded photos, album links or full URL query strings. Our hosting provider may process connection information separately to operate the site.
These estimates can count one person more than once across tabs, devices or days. We exclude the site owner when signed in. Analytics are visible only to the owner and activity is shown in a rolling 90-day window. Older analytics records are cleaned up when new activity is recorded. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this tracking.
Community features and corrections
Posting, reviews, corrections and album creation require sign-in. Email sign-in stores your email address, account ID, a hashed login-link token and a hashed session token. Login links expire after 15 minutes and work once; sessions last up to 30 days. We use an email delivery provider to send your sign-in link; this shares your email address with that provider solely for delivery. A daily, salted hash of the connection address is used to limit sign-in email abuse. No plaintext login or session tokens are stored in our database. Existing authenticated sessions remain supported to preserve access to earlier content. Corrections are sent privately to the site owner for review and never change a listing automatically. Avoid including sensitive or personal information in a correction.
Your Night photos
Albums are private to their owner unless a share link is enabled. Anyone with that link can view and download the album until the link is revoked. The site administrator can review uploaded photos. Uploading does not grant promotional permission. A specific photo may be supplied to a named venue only after the uploader explicitly approves the request and confirms authority and permission from identifiable people pictured. Permission can be revoked for future sharing; downloaded copies cannot automatically be recalled.
